Domestic violence between Revolt and Resignation was the subject of the first reading performance.
In order to realize this performance, Odeon Theatre organized in June 2005 a short plays competition (6 to 9 pages) that had to focus on this extremely debated social issue that also has a very large media coverage.
4 of them were selected:
Tap water by Livia Dimulescu
Fragile. Do not drop… or What is imagination good for? by Maria Silvia Pitea
The thief by Laura Maria Hatieg
The shepherd by Laura Maria Hatieg
These were presented at the first reunion within the Theatre and Society programme, which took place on the 7th of February 2006
Directed by: Radu Dragomirescu
Cast: Diana Gheorghian, Paula Niculiță, Geo Costiniu, Pavel Bartoș, Relu Poalelungi
