19h00 – Lilian Vieira & Grupo Azul Concert
Grupo Azul found its base in the eclectic connection of Rotterdam based guitarist Ed Verhoeff, drummer Stefan Kruger from Amsterdam, German pianist Marc Bischoff and Brazilian born singer Lilian Vieira.
All musicians are top of the bill of the Dutch Live scene.
None of them are bothered by musical boundaries and possess both virtuoso and improvisational qualities that makes them exceptional.
The repertoire of Grupo Azul is a choice of steaming original compositions written by the musicians, and the Brazilian songbook with a lot of space for improvisation.
